The music tracks licensed from this internet site remain the property of the Licensor and are licensed, not sold, to you for use in your production under the Terms & Conditions of use.
By purchasing music tracks, using our web site and music from Back Music Media, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
License Terms
These rights are personal to you (the Licensee); they are worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and for the life of the copyright of the music.
Unauthorised synchronization use, retail, hiring, copying, lending, broadcast and public performance of our music is prohibited.
Synchronization Rights
The purchase price grants you synchronization Rights; The right to use the music in synchronization with other audio/visual material within your productions.
This license is only valid together with an invoice from Back Music Media. Please keep your invoice in a safe place for future reference.
BROADCAST
Covers synchronization use with film, radio, television programmes and radio/TV commercials.
For broadcasting via radio, TV, cable or satellite. (Cue sheet submission required).
Please send us a copy to "cuesheet@backmusicmedia.com" or use our online form.
INTERNET:
The licensee may use the music within all online services/ networks.
Synchronize within your own web site or online service, corporate/ educational/ training/ personal videos. Shareware/freeware games.
All Internet use must be through a streamed format.
YouTube and similar video sites should include music credits (Track title, Composer and Publisher “http://www.backmusicmedia.com”) in the “more info” text area when you upload your video to these sites.
Music-on hold
The licensee may use the music in a single location music-on-hold.
Multiple locations license is available at an extra cost.
Duplication/ Mechanical Rights
The licensee may produce mechanically a total of all media: Duplication up to 5000 copies for corporate/ commercial/ educational/ training videos / CD-ROM / DVD, computer multimedia presentations or animation projects.
Extra duplication licenses are available at an extra cost.
Public Performance
The licensee may use the music at:
- Photo Presentations / Slide Shows / Student Films / Film Festivals/ Community and Independent Films.
- Trade Exhibitions, Presentations and Business Seminars.
- Corporate and other in-house Multimedia Presentations.
- Live theatrical performance.
PROHIBITED USE
You cannot:
- Use the music by itself without synchronization to other media.
- Share, hire, lend, transfer, re-sell or re-license the music on its own through any media
- Synchronize the music to web site templates-either sold or given away
- Add lyrics or any other elements to the music to create a new musical work.
- Claim ownership of the music.
- Duplicate to any forms of media apart from those covered in our Standard Synchronization License.
Copying
The licensee may store a single copy of the music on a single server for back up, archival, tracking or management purpose only.
If you wish to use the music in ways not covered in this license please contact us for details.
Credits
The composer and Back Music Media should always have a visible credit when appropriate.
In Addition
All recordings and copyrights remain the property of the Composer/Publisher.
You mustn't disclose user name, code or passwords used in accessing any area of the Back Music Media web site to any other party and will maintain such information as confidential.
Warranties
Back Music Media warrants that it has the full right and authority to grant you all of the rights and licenses herein granted.
Liability
Back Music Media is not liable for any damages or consequences resulting from other's use or misuse of our music or this web site. Back Music Media's liability shall in no event exceed the license cost.
Indemnity
You will indemnify Back Music Media against all and any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities and all reasonable expenses including legal expenses incurred as result of any breach of this terms by you.
Injunctive Relief
In some cases the breach of these terms could cause irreparable injury to Back Music Media in a way that could not be adequately compensated by damages.
You agree that, in the event of such improper use, Back Music Media shall be entitled to an immediate injunction without the requirement of posting a bond.

This License shall be governed by the Laws of England, whether the music is supplied and/or used in the United Kingdom and/or in any part of the world.
